Our advice and pairing recommendations are based on professional engineering judgment and industry best practices. Client organizations maintain full operational authority over their production codebases, deployment schedules, and human resource management.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials published on this website—including articles, frameworks, case studies, graphics, text, and visual styling—are the exclusive intellectual property of Corelatticebase Consulting Ltd. and protected by Taiwanese and international copyright laws.
Client-specific code authored or modified during embedded pairing engagements shall be governed by the specific intellectual property assignment provisions set forth in the applicable Statement of Work.
4. Confidentiality and Proprietary Information
In the course of providing diagnostic audits and embedded coaching, Corelatticebase practitioners may receive access to client proprietary source code, repository telemetry, and strategic roadmaps. Corelatticebase maintains strict confidentiality and executes non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) prior to accessing client systems.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Taiwan, Corelatticebase Consulting Ltd. and its directors, consultants, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the implementation of architectural recommendations, code refactoring, or team operational changes. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total fees paid by the client under the specific Statement of Work during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services that cannot be resolved through amicable negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan New Taipei District Court.
