Corelatticebase was established in 2019 by Yuchen Wu after more than a decade of observing a recurring crisis in growing tech companies across Taiwan and East Asia: engineering departments hiring more developers while shipping fewer customer features, overwhelmed by branching conflicts, bloated review queues, and sprint exhaustion.
Rather than offering generic management certifications or theoretical framework slides, Corelatticebase was built around a singular principle: advisory must happen at the code and board level.
